Professor Syed Mofizul Islam, currently the Associate Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) at Federation University Australia, is a distinguished researcher with a strong background in electrical engineering. Holding degrees from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, he has occupied prestigious roles such as the John Curtin Distinguished Professor in Electrical Power Engineering and the Director of the Center for Smart Grid and Sustainable Power Systems at Curtin University.
