Thank you for registering for the Energy Conference 2023: National and Global Issues (ENCON 23). We appreciate your participation! Before completing your registration, please carefully review our Return and Refund Policy. By making payment, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
All registration fees for the Energy Conference 2023: National and Global Issues (ENCON 23) are non-refundable. This policy applies to all participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors. Once payment is made, it is understood that the fees are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance. Though It’s non-refundable, but for any circumstances if we need to refund, refund will be complete within 10 working days.
In the unlikely event that the Energy Conference 2023: National and Global Issues (ENCON 23) is canceled or postponed by the conference organizers due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other factors, we will make reasonable efforts to inform participants promptly. However, we cannot be held responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of the event cancellation.
No-shows and Partial Attendance
If you are unable to attend the Energy Conference 2023: National and Global Issues (ENCON 23) without transferring your registration to another person, you will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers of any kind. Similarly, if you attend only a portion of the conference, you will not be eligible for any refunds or credits.
Event Program Changes
The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, including but not limited to the schedule, speakers, topics, or venue. While we strive to minimize such changes, circumstances may arise that necessitate adjustments. In the event of any program changes, refunds will not be provided.

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that refunds are generally not granted, as stated in this policy.
The conference organizers shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, delay, or interruption in the event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, government restrictions, wars, terrorist acts, strikes, labor disputes, epidemics, or any other unforeseen events.
